Our health guarantee covers congenital and infectious diseases that meet the conditions outlined in this policy and are properly supported by veterinary documentation.
If a claim is approved, Exotics & Bullies Kennel may, depending on the circumstances, offer a replacement puppy or another mutually agreed solution.

To request a guarantee review, the owner must notify us immediately of any issue and provide all required veterinary documentation within the specified timeframe.
When necessary, additional veterinary reports may be requested to confirm the diagnosis.

This guarantee does not cover conditions resulting from accidents, improper care, negligence, lack of veterinary care, illnesses related to the environment in which the dog is kept, or natural developmental characteristics that are not considered congenital conditions.
Predictable changes related to growth, physical conformation, or breed-specific characteristics are also not covered.
